2.  As if I didn't dislike Sam enough, he shot Gaeta (who's one of my favourites).  At least the shooting shocked Kara back into behaving like a Kara I actually recognise and don't dislike.

3.  I am disenchanted with BSG in general.  I've never really liked the mystical/prophecy aspects of the show, or the 'how Cylon society works' ( Read more... )

A big grin appeared on my face as soon as Lee spotted that mysterious ship on his dradis, I just knew who it was going to be, and stayed there right till the end.  I don't care how or why she's back, but she's back...this scene really brought home to me what a hopeless Lee/Kara shipper I've become.  I ( Read more... )

I LOVED this episode.

The writers have made it up to me for Black Market with this one.  And I don’t think I’ve ever felt the need to say ‘Oh Lee!’ quite so many times during one episode.

Cue a lot of rambling…

There were so many little touches I loved in this episode:

A few comments...

Well this episode reminded me how much I love the Chief.  He's probably my second favourite character after Lee.

James Callis does a pretty good Yorkshire accent - who knew that Aerilon was colonised by people from the North of England!  All working with their hands and having a pint - do they all wear cloth caps and keep whippets ( Read more... )

Hm...

I actually found the Baltar scenes more interesting than the Love Quadrangle stuff.  Which considering I usually spend most episodes waiting for Lee to appear is not a good sign! :)

I also felt that the one Lee/Kara scene in the episode was a bit weird - it was very short and abrupt.  If this is supposed to be them breaking ( Read more... )

Well, I'm back! Had a very enjoyable Christmas (well, the relatives strained my patience a few times, but luckily it was a short visit :)

But more importantly, I have *finally* watched the last two BSG episodes! And I enjoyed Eye of Jupiter as much as I thought I would.
